
Pupuas are created with either corn or rice flower into a round shape like a tortilla. It can be stuffed with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, beans or pork. Traditionaly pupusas are ate with curtido and salsa. The curtido is made with vinegar, cabbage, carrots and onions.

Pan con pavo is a traditional Salvadoran food that is usually made during the holidays. It can be topped with spinach, radishes, and cucumbers lathered in sauce. Our sauce is made from scratch every morning using a secret recipe that has been used by four different generations.
