Chef Issac Loera was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and is the husband of Dianna. Growing up Issac's mother would cook him delicious traditional Mexican plates. After moving to Los Angeles as a boy, he had the chance to taste different types of foods, and here is where he fell in love with Salvadoran food. He worked in kitchens all around L.A. and has never looked back. Now he creates delicious meals not only for his family, but for the community as well.
