In 1929, Harley Biscocho’s great great grandfather, Cookie Biscocho, migrated with his wife Scotchy Biscocho, and other families from Saint Augustine to Coconut Grove, Florida. In 1930, he opened his small Photography Studio, Hourglass, near the Hotel New Yorker in Collins Avenue Miami, Florida. The Photography Company has been passed down for generations, serving the community for 91 years. Capturing endless moments of families, friends, the entire community, and beyond.
Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Harley has the same passion for photography as her great great grandfather, Cookie Biscocho. She traveled around the world taking photos of historic events for Time Magazine. She graduated with Master's Degree in Computer Science at Purdue University.
Chief Operating Officer
After graduating Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Savannah State University, Cosmo Whiskers worked as an Executive for Disney for 10 years before joining Hourglass Photography Company as the Chief Operating Officer.
Creative Director
Heart graduated Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at Miami Dade College. After college, he worked as a graphic designer at Electronic Arts. Then he went to Florida International University and graduated with Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts. Afer graduating, he joined Hourglass Photography Company as the Creative Director.
Director of Marketing
Pinky Highflyer was an Active Duty Airforce Tech Sergeant working as a Loadmaster. After 4 years in the service and graduated her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, she joined Hourglass Photography Company as the Director of Marketing.
