If your item is damaged, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We will email you the postage label for you to send back the package to us, free of charge.You have 30 days from purchase to return. If you have questions feel free to email us or call us.
Once we will received your item, we will inspect it, and notify you that we received your returned item. During the Refund process, we will notify you the status of your refund. Once we are done inspecting the item and the refund is approved, we will immediately notify you. We will refund the money to the original method of payment or credit card when you purchased the item. Please contact your bank institution on how long your refund will take to be in your bank account. If you have questions or concerns on you refund status please feel free to call us.
