Terms & Conditions

  1. I. No Racism or Hate Speech

    No one wants to feel unwelcome or hated based upon the color of their skin, their religious beliefs, or their class. So please don't do it.

  2. II. No Stage Diving from the Bar

    I feel like this goes without saying, but maybe we should just say it. Don't climb on top of the bar and dive into the crowd. You're gonna get hurt, others will get hurt, and it's just not a good idea.

  3. III. Respect the Bands, Respect the Gear

    If you show up to the bar for a show, please don't be rude to the band or other people in general. This counts for any expensive gear they may have brought with them. Please don't trash their equipment, it doesn't grow on trees.

  4. IV. Spilled Drinks and Broken Glass

    We all know accidents do tend to happen, and spilling drinks or breaking glass happen often. Just do your best to refrain from doing backflips with drinks in your hand. We don't want to have to clean up broken glass if we can avoid it.

  5. V. No Fighting

    Sometimes people like to settle their differences like Muhammad Ali did, we get that, but not here. This is a place to relax and feel at home; fights make everyone uncomfortable. If you absolutely need to, take it somewhere else, or we will kick you out.

  6. VI. Excessive Intoxication

    We all know what it's like to have one too many; our bartenders will keep an eye on this. If you had 10 PBRs in 5 minutes, you are the problem, stop. We reserve the right to cut anyone off for any reason.

  7. VII. Outside Beverages

    Absolutely not; it is a violation of the law, as well as disrespectful to our staff. Whatever you do before the show is your own business. Food is fine, drinks are not, and if we catch you, we will throw you out.

  8. VIII. Don't Be Rude

    Again, this is not a place for Karen to argue with Chad; it's a place of business. We will step in and tell you that you are being rude, and if you don't accept that, you can leave.

  9. IX. Lost and Found

    Buzzards Bar & Lounge is not responsible for any lost belongings; please keep an eye on your stuff. However, if we do happen to find lost items, we will do our best to return them. If you have lost anything, reach out to a bartender.

  10. X. Have Fun!

    Frankly, I feel this goes without saying, but have fun. That's why we are all here, isn't it?
