Miso Hungry is your Japanese fusion, family owned and operated restaurant in Texas. We serve sushi and ramen. We our known for our entree the brisket tonkotsu ramen and our appetizer the homemade takoyaki that we deep fry in house.

We started out just 2 years ago, wanting to bring authentic Japanese cuisine, but adding Texas well known BBQ flavors into our dishes. We create the ultimate fusion menu, while still having traditional options as well.

Our mission statement is to serve authentic and exquisite Japanese cuisine with a Texan twist, to exceed each and every one of our customer's expectations, and to bring the community together with great tasting food.
