Miso Hungry started out in 2021 as a family owned business. Owned by Nicole, and her cousin, Kelsey the head chef and their love for Japanese food and Texas BBQ. One day when out eating ramen together they had a thought why not combine the flavors of authentic Japanese ramen and Texas BBQ. That was how the idea of BBQ ramen was born and the restaurant of Miso Hungry came about.
Our mission statement is to serve authentic and exquisite Japanese cuisine with a Texan twist, to exceed each and every one of our customer's expectations, and to bring the community together with great tasting food.
