Kelsey Hill is the executive chef at Miso Hungry, a popular sushi bar and ramen restaurant in Texas. With an unparalleled ability to craft hot, flavorful bowls of ramen, sushi dishes, and sashimi, she has become one of the most sought-after chefs in the South Texas area.

Kelsey graduated from the Art Institute of San Antonio where she earned her associate’s degree in culinary arts.
