About Miso Hungry
Miso Hungry located in South Texas has been a hot spot for your favorite BBQ ramen and sushi dishes. Our most popular dish, BBQ brisket tonkotsu, is our pork bone broth simmered to perfection, our mouthwatering slow roasted BBQ brisket, topped with all the classic toppings including: ajitama, nori, tortilla strips, and onions.
Our house made takoyaki that we deep fry is our most popular appetizer. Made with octopus, scallions, then deep fried and topped with spicy mayo.

Head Chef, Kelsey, and her cousin, owner Nicole, wanted to fuse together Texas famous BBQ and classic Japanese flavors created the ultimate flavor profiles.
