About the owner and the family

Zach is the owner of the restaurant. When he first opened the restaurant, he worked with his wife day and night to get everything ready. Once he was ready to open, he brought on 2 Chefs. A bartender, and two servers. While Zach managed the kitchen and oversaw the duties of ensuring the restaurant was running at night his wife managed the books. When Zach opened the restaurant in 2015 he did not expect it to be such a big hit. Since then, Zach will close the restaurant down for one week in the summer so that all his employees can enjoy a vacation with their family. Zach also closes for major holidays that would be a normal pay day off and he pays his employees for those days as well. Zach tries to take a trip to Spain each year to learn new ways of cooking and bring back traditional Spanish food.
