Meet Chef Miguel

Chef Miguel is a native of South Carolina. When he was young his parents moved to Barcelona. This is where chef Miguel fell in love with cooking Spanish food. Upon returning state side Miguel went to college to become a chef. Since graduation he has work are many different restaurants all over the country before moving back to Charleston and working at La Bombas. Even though La Bombas may not be as big as some of the other restaurants Chef Miguel has worked at he enjoys every moment of it.
